Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website immediately.

Our Services

Clean with Mom provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Edmonton, Alberta, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, office cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if the condition of the property poses a health or safety risk to our team.

Booking and Quotes

All bookings begin with a quote request submitted through our website form, by phone, or by email. We will contact you to confirm details, pricing, and scheduling.

By submitting a quote request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property, including the type and size of the property, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, condition of the space, pets, special requirements, and areas to avoid.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are based on the type of cleaning, property size, and condition of the space. Pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition of the property differs significantly from what was described.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled cleaning, no-shows, or denied access may be subject to a fee.

User Responsibilities

To allow our team to complete the cleaning safely and efficiently, you agree to provide safe access, ensure electricity and hot water are available, secure or disclose pets, remove or secure valuables and fragile items, and inform us of any health hazards before booking.

Insurance

Clean with Mom carries $2 Million General Liability Insurance and is WCB covered. In the unlikely event of damage during a cleaning, notify us within 48 hours of the service by email with a written description and photos.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, contact us within 12 hours of the completed service by phone or email and provide a description and photos of the areas of concern. We will make every effort to resolve the issue.

Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
